Randy was a life saver. My son was in Cookeville, TN playing basketball for Tech and had left his keys on a road trip. I called Randy and told him I hadn't seen my boy since Christmas and I asked if he could help. Randy met him at the dorms after hours and made him a key and got my son on the road.
